Coincidentally I had already suggest to Name  that another audit was a likely outcome which is in line with what you stated.  Considering the circumstances and the importance of ensuring compliant operators, that makes sense to me. We’d be happy to come back to you should that be the case.

Solicitors Comments – following an independent audit 

Having read this report (like you) I am of the view that the licence application will be determined at a PI hearing. The maintenance is bad, and they were give a chance at the PI hearing when I represented them, and they have not taken advantage of it.  They are in a sticky situation!

Also, like you,  I question what the Transport Consultant is doing. The client appears to be wasting their money with name redacted  , and I think the first thing to do is get rid of name redacted  and get someone else in.  I have someone in mind.  Once I receive your reply, I can contact the client and have a call with redacted  and decide what to do.
